Homemade Easy Muesli Bars
1 tin of sweetened condensed milk.
3 cups of rolled oats.
1 cup of mixed dried fruit/Santanas/nuts.
Step 1 : Combine ingredients and stir.
Step 2 : Spread out on a greased or non-stick tray approximately 1-2cms thick and press down firmly.
Step 3 : Bake at 160 deg for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4 : Cool and cut while still warm before completely set.
Optional – sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
