Why doesn’t my Baby Jogger city tour 2 handlebar lock when folded ?
“Mine doesnt lock completely and the handle bar constantly disengages once it is folded. Is that the way this stroller is designed or did i get a faulty one? Thank u and i appreciate ur help!”

The handle bar doesn’t lock in exactly, but it also shouldn’t be completely floppy and loose either. There should be some resistance. But if you lift up on it then it will release and open up.
So in this video you can see when I’m holding it by the carry strap the handlebar stays in place. But then at 2:57 I just pull the handle and it opens up easily.
So if it’s flopping open while holding the carry strap then it might be faulty. Otherwise it’s how it’s designed for quickly unfolding.
