Parenting Central provides a Marketplace that allows third party retailers to list their products on our store and sell directly to customers.

The retailer you are purchasing from is provided on the product page and also will appear on the invoice you receive from us.

You will need to contact the retailer directly if you have any concerns regarding returns, warranties, exchanges or repairs.

Change Of Mind Returns

Each retailer will have their own terms and conditions regarding change of mind returns. We recommend familiarising yourself with your retailer’s return policy to avoid confusion or disappointment.

To request a return of an item, you will need to contact the seller directly.

Warranties and Repairs

For warranties, repairs, exchanges or product concerns please contact the retailer as they will be able to assist you.

If you lose your proof of purchase Parenting Central can re-issue your order details and provide the best way to contact the seller to help facilitate your warranty claim. However all solutions are the responsibility of the retailer or supplier.
