Two Ingredient Pizza Base
You will need:
1 cup Sr flour
1/2 cup of yoghurt.
Mix together and knead on a floured bench until smooth
Roll out into one large pizza base or divide into 3/4 balls for mini pizzas.
Roll out keeping in mind it rises to about double thickness. Spread with tomato sauce (pasta sauce works great)
Get kids to add their own toppings. (Grated and thinly sliced veggies like carrot and capsicum)
Top with mozzarella and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 15-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the base.
Or until cheese has fully melted & the base is golden brown.
